Conflation mapping update

This update only changed the conflation mapper. Labels can (and must, actually) now be added to markers (*the labels all have to be unique), you can change color faster, copy colors of existing markers, use your mouse to place markers and interact with existing markers, delete markers, and rename markers! Additionally, the ability to hover over a marker to see its label makes it possible to make points that would normally be ambiguous due to overlap unambiguous when hovering over them.
