Changed Default Server, Made It Configurable, and Added Button Sound Effects

The official server ip changed and it was originally hard coded, so for the future I made it so that the default server that it tries to connect to is in a text file in a config folder. This will also make it easier to use a different main server if I ever stop supporting the official server (e.g. if I couldn't afford it anymore or something). I also added a button press sound effect and I changed the sound that plays when a turn is submitted to be a simple clink sound.
